At this property located just north of Downtown Austin, the home owner for this property had reported some gutters and downspouts that were draining into his back yard and under his deck, causing water to pool. They were also interested in removing an existing deck and pergola, and replacing it with something newer and more modern. Not only was our staff able to resolve the drainage on the property through the use of downspout collection systems and area drains, we were also able to provide the client with a beautiful custom flagstone patio underneath a custom built pergola. The area was framed with a Texas black gravel bed contained by metal edging, as well as a limestone paver walkway leading into other portions of the yard. All parts of this project came together perfectly to provide a comfortable, beautiful outdoor living space.
