Annick P. Maddox


Annick Maddox is the Operations Manager who oversees all operations in the field and within the office to ensure overall quality assurance of company operations. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science from Texas State University in Resource and Environmental Studies with a minor in Geology. During her time in college, Annick was part of the San Marcos River Rangers as a Water Quality Monitor and regularly performed a sample analysis of the San Marcos River. Upon graduation Annick personally assisted the San Marcos City Watershed Program Director and Edwards Aquifer Habitat Conservation Plan Manager. Annick started working for ADLD in the Spring of 2014 and continued her education through personally training under the CEO and acquiring certification of the Austin Grow Green Professional Landscape Training for two years. In her personal time, Annick is an animal welfare advocate and volunteers with Austin Pets Alive to help re-home pets, and leads a seasonal financial literacy course called Financial Peace University.
